Why archive expired codes?
Expired code pages are not filler. Roblox code videos, copied social posts and old comments can stay visible for months, so players keep testing launch or holiday codes after they stop working. This archive gives those searches a clean answer and sends players back to the current source-reported list.
The archive also protects the current code page from becoming noisy. Source-reported codes need fast copying, while expired codes need context. Keeping those jobs separate makes the site more useful during a real game session.
If a code appears here, treat it as history unless a new official announcement revives it. The safest path is to return to the current source-reported code table first.
Why old codes keep spreading
Abyss videos, short clips and copied posts often stay visible after a patch or event ends. A launch reward can look current if the title never changed, so players waste time typing codes that were only meant for a short window.
How to check a failed code
First try a code from the current source-reported page. If that redeems, the code box is fine and the old claim is probably expired. If no code works, finish the tutorial, reopen Settings and paste again without extra spaces.
When expired codes can return
Most expired codes do not come back, but a developer can occasionally revive an event reward or publish a similar apology code. That is why the archive keeps names visible while still sending players back to the fresh list first.
These are not archived as dead yet because public lists conflict.
